Mean

Instructions:
Copy the picture onto your own scratch paper and find the mean. You will move the stars until there is an equal amount of stars in each row. The mean will be the number of stars that is in each row.

On Tuesday, we worked on a group activity. Here is a picture of what we did and the instructions!

Instructions:
1. Fold construction paper in half and then fold to make 4 equal segments. 
2. Cut the middle part of the two end segments to make it looking like the following picture. 
3. Write Mean, Median, Mode and Range on the front of the folded paper as outlined. 
4. On the inside at the top of each square you are going to write down YOUR definition of each concept. 
5. Under the definition you will find the answer to each concept using these numbers: 20, 15, 21, 19, 17, 20, 16
